Description

The back yard is large enough for dogs of any size to run and play. However, it is not fenced, so please use caution and keep your dogs away from the neighboring yards. The empty lot next to me does not belong to me and it is not ok to travel onto that property. The property is a short distance from four major NC highways: 258-S, 58, 13 and 70. There will be some red folding chairs near the grill under the carport to use during your visit. There is a trashcan you may throw away your dog's waste bags in. Please provide your own waste bags and make sure they are tied/sealed before putting in trash can. There is no guest bathroom for humans at this time.

Additional rules

If you use the folding chairs provided, please put them back when finished. Please tie/seal doggie waste bags before putting them in trash can. Please keep dogs away from neighboring properties, including the empty lot next door. Please do not allow your dog to dig in my yard. My indoor dog will bark and whine incessantly when there are people or dogs on the property. Do not be alarmed. Just ignore him and he will stop.

1 acre pond and many acres of running. I will provide clean water and bowl, towels and bug spray with every visit.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
