Sleepy old subdivision with a large front, side and back yard, which backs up to trees.
Come enjoy a relaxing time in the shade while your pet can roam and run.
My sniff spot is the perfect spot for you and your dogs you can't see or hear any house, highways or anything that may lead to your dog misbehaving it's just you and your dogs and mother nature, enjoy a beautiful walk through our trails or enjoy one of our feilds with ur friends with pawls
We have a large, safe and fully fenced area for dogs of all sizes to run and play. We also have room for owners to play with them and enjoy the beautiful Kentucky view. Located close to lake Cumberland and just minutes from Somerset.
Residential yard, clean, all grass, maintained.
Several different spots to enjoy.

This spot should definitely stimulate all of your dogs' senses. Whether it's meandering along the zigzagged path through the grown up pasture, walking back along the wooded path, exploring the nooks and crannies of the rocks, going in for a cool swim, or walking down to the mostly dry creekbed and climbing on some boulders, or just relaxing under the Pavillion and taking in the beautiful view, you are both assured an enjoyable time. There are partial stairs going down to the lake. As it is now, it is more user-friendly for younger dogs, although my two 12 year old dogs can still climb down to the water. We are working on getting stairs or a ramp all the way down. You will have to step down some rocks to get to the water, but the rocks are like tiered steps, so it isn't that bad. The lake rises and falls throughout the year, so the distance can vary, but it is still fairly close. This spot is in a no wake zone, so it is quiet and calm for swimming.
Private, secluded, acreage with 2+ acre lake. Unfenced, but no paved roads nearby. Private gravel road access. Property is on the left side of the road, starting a bit before the driveway beside the lake.
