Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Woods area for little .5 km hikes and non clean up needed pooping area. Lake access. Large open yard. Property is about 1 km down a dirt road. Other neighbors are mostly spaced away by .5 km each except the one right next to our land.

Hazards

Slow moving neighbor's vehicles and parcel delivery vehicles, many signs are posted on the road many more to come. Also investing in radar gun/recording camera to catch speeders, I will not tolerate it on my property. I do not have a dog first aid kit but I have many human first aid kits for resources.. If you need to have a space for your dog alone I need to be able to atleast take mine out on a leash when he needs to use the bathroom that is my only rule
