Please clean up after your dog poops. We live in Lincoln County, so there is not a leash law, but be aware that we do live in a neighborhood and people who live here walk their dogs around the neighborhood.

My husband and I are empty nesters in our early mid 50's. Our mothers are getting up in age, so I stay home and go help them around their homes trying to give them as much time in their own homes and not going to a nursing home, and my husband is working. We are needing the extra income and I happened to find Sniffspot and we are giving it a try. Yes, our house itself is rough looking. We are clean and decent people who have fallen on hard financial times. This opportunity could be what helps to give us a hand up, if people will book and use our yard. Dog Paradise in Northwest Charlotte

**The pool is closed for the winter** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool. Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Please see the amenities and access instructions portions of our profile for more information! We bought our property specifically for our own dogs to enjoy, so we know yours will love it too. We look forward to having you!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
