I am a pitbull advocate, foster/volunteer for a local animal shelter and rescuer of FIV+ kitties. I currently have 2 indoor cats, 1 dog, and 1 granddog (who lives offsite).

Large yard on the corner of Thompson & Sunset. Seating, toys, water, treats and off street parking. Park in my driveway on Sunset by the garage. I do like to greet my guests and quick show you around. There may be people that are walking/riding bikes on the side street. Some may be walking their dog. If your dog is sensitive my spot may not be right for you. I have some summer yard games too if your bring your kids. I do have a pool dogs can swim or you can swim while your dogs play. I work from home most of the time so can be around during the day too.

Whether you have a reactive dog, no back yard, or just tired of off leash dogs at the park , my yard could be the perfect safe haven for you and your pup to get out some energy and fulfillment. (Bring your own dog bowl, water, and poop bags) (No knocking on house doors, pick up all dog poo and toss in the mini trash can in fence, no use of fire pit) (keep dog(s) leashed as you enter my property and as you leave !!! Off leash dogs are a burden to my property as well as to my neighbors and is a huge liability with the road being so close!)

Fun in Freeville: Fully Fenced Yard, Open Space, and Trails For Fido
Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Fenced Yard Edition! Our property includes a 2,500 sq. ft. fully fenced-in yard, a larger open field, and a 5-acre trail. The yard includes deck access and seating. There is a large umbrella for shade and rain in the summer. The ground in the yard is pretty flat and mostly grass. The open space in the back is also grass with some trees and bushes. It can get a little muddy during very wet times of the year but there is a hose available. There is a kiddie pool in the yard for your pup to cool down in the summer. We have a small fire pit in the yard if you want to start a fire in cooler weather. There's also a large fire pit on the trail with bench seating and a picnic table. Bring your binoculars if you enjoy birding. We have lots of hummingbirds in the summer and have seen barred owls on the trail. Please let us know if you're interested in having a fire or want to know if the pool is out. We'd be happy to start a fire for you if we're available or ensure the kiddie pool has fresh water. If there are other extras you'd like to see, let us know! We do have this spot set to a 7-hour advance booking - please feel free to message to see if the space is available with less than 7 hours notice. We're usually able to accommodate most requests.
