Description

I have a half an acre of land fenced in with a 4’ black chain link fence. I have a small kiddie pool you are welcome to use. There is a water hose next to the house that is 130’ long. The back part of the garage has an opening and there are chairs, a bar and a mini fridge you are welcome to use during your time there. There will be doggie poop bags available and a scooper. A garbage will be set out in back of the garage. Please tie it up if you use it when you are ready to leave and I will take care of the rest. If you love plants and flowers then you will love this yard! There are too many to even keep track of! Please don’t pick them though. There are two large decks with seating on each and a 10’ patio umbrella you can move to wherever you need it. Thank you!

Rabbits and squirrels that my dogs like to chase and sometimes catch. Try prevent the murder of them but its nature. It may happen.

CLEANED AND READY FOR THE 2024 YEAR!!Newly installed 6 foot tall chain link fence, trenched 1 inch into the ground. 3300 square foot area for you are your pet to hang out. Clean area, fresh water, and plenty of running area!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
