To ensure everyone has a pawsome time, here are a few friendly guidelines: * Gentle Paws Only: Help us keep the lawn lush and green by avoiding digging or rough play that might damage the grass. * Clean Up, Please: Kindly clean up after your dog right away to maintain a clean and inviting space for all. * Supervised Fun: Spend quality time with your pup and keep them supervised to ensure their safety and protect the yard. * Respectful Playtime: While we love hearing happy barks, let’s keep noise levels respectful for our neighbors. * Mind the Weather: On wet or muddy days, light play is best to prevent wear and tear on the lawn. * No Climbing, Please: For everyone’s safety, we ask that dogs avoid climbing on fences, outdoor furniture, or other structures. * Snack-Free Lawn: To keep pests away and protect the grass, please enjoy food and treats outside the yard area. * Friendly Pups Only: If your dog feels overwhelmed or excitable, taking breaks or using a leash can help keep things calm and enjoyable for all. You can park in the driveway but please do not block the garage door. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
