Description

When Tucson gets "tornados"... NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO STORM DAMAGE. TBD when it will be available again. High fencing, secure backyard. Has grass, a digging sand pit, canopy trees and shade sails, covered patio with seating, water available at hose (do NOT use the valve under the coffee can, see picture, as that controls our irrigation). Two water bowls available, one with a stand for taller dogs. Please dump out water and turn bowls upside down as shown in the picture to prevent mosquitos. There is some sunscreen and mosquito insect repelling incense sticks on the patio table. Also a spray bottle with a mix of white vinegar and water for dogs is available to redirect negative behavior if needed. Please pick up poop and put it in the black trash. Bug zapper and lights are on timers and will turn on at 7pm. Please be aware we do have irrigation throughout the backyard, so please try to redirect your dog if digging outside the sandpit. You can park on the east side of the house in the dirt, closest to the entry gate) or in the driveway.

Hazards

West side yard is blocked off so please ensure your dogs don’t get in there for their safety. There are yard flag stakes that mark the location of the sprinkler heads, which may be above ground. There is uneven ground after the grass ends on the north side of the yard by the double gate. There are lights marking the path, but be careful.

Additional rules

Please pick up after yourself and your pet. Take any garbage and poop with you as we do not have garbage pickup for the summer. Do not use the valve under the coffee can. That controls the irrigation. If you notice or think an irrigation line or sprinkler head was disturbed or broken, please let us know so it can be fixed. If using provided water bowls, please empty after use and put them upside down. Ensure gate is locked upon departure.
