We have a HEATED indoor play space with PADDED FLOORS! We also have an outdoor space for your pup(s) as well! You get the whole area to yourselves and our staff is present in the building if you need assistance or have questions. Welcome to our fully enclosed indoor dog playroom – the perfect spot for your pup to play, train, or burn off energy no matter the weather! This clean, spacious, and secure environment is ideal for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. Features: •Large 800 sq. ft. Play Space: Plenty of room to run, play fetch, or practice training sessions. •Safe & Secure: Fully enclosed facility with cushioned flooring to keep paws comfortable and protected. •Bright & Ventilated: Large windows, overhead lighting, ceiling fans, and climate control provide a welcoming and comfortable space. •Pet Parent-Friendly: Seating for owners to relax while pups explore and play safely. Requirements: To keep our space safe and healthy for all dogs: •Proof of CURRENT RABIES, DISTEMPER, and BORDETELLA vaccinations is required AT ARRIVAL. •Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs to help maintain a fresh, enjoyable space for everyone. Perfect For: •Rainy, snowy, or extreme weather days. •Private playdates or puppy socialization. •Training sessions, fetch time, or free play. •High-energy dogs needing a safe space to run and play. Great property to walk with large and small dogs. The entire back lot is fully fenced and plenty of running space for frisbee or ball. Disposable water bowls can be found in our welcome bin. A hose will be available in summer and a water jug in winter. A small patch of uncut brush in the back is great for jumping sniffing and tracking the high branches are cleared for humans to also walk through:) located near wetlands some of the fencing extends through overgrowth or wetland and brush/scrub tree areas it can be damp in wet weather times. The ENTIRE BACK lot is fully secure, originally built to contain our dachshunds and our late Great Dane. Because we own several small dogs (and also a large dog) ourselves it is checked regularly for any holes, or wear. (If you see any holes please let us know ASAP) Our dogs will be kenneled when you visit! Extra notes: *We live near a gun range and during hunting seasons and summer primarily range noise can be heard in the distance. Weekdays are quieter in general for all noises :) * Please note in spring/ fall thaw and heavy rain parts of our yard so stay soggy and even wet for some time -appropriate footwear should be considered (rubber boots are ideal)-we have towels for dogs in our welcome bin. Canine Respiratory Illness! Here’s what we are doing! -disposable one-visit bowls are to be found in our bin, please use them for your dogs and then dispose of them before you go or take them home. -we will continue to disinfect the toys provided at least once a day with our dog-safe disinfectant Effer-San. -We ask that you place used toys in the used toy bin after use. - in the summer the patio and grass near the house will be sprayed with our dog-safe disinfectant Wishy-Wash once a day. -We do this for our dogs as well as for yours
My yard isn’t the biggest, but my dogs are so sweet and love playing. I’ll provide healthy treats, too.
2+ acres of fully fenced (5 ft) small wooded paths (larger unfenced hiking space available in extras) and a large grass area to run. The fence is partially chain link and partially wire pulled between wood posts. The terrain is a mix of grass and wooded areas with small walking paths through the woods. Included in your time at our spot: - Standard Treats For Your Dog - Disposable Water Bowl - Hand Sanitizer - Human Water - Poop Bags - Towel for drying – A Basket of Toys (Cleaned Daily with pet-safe disinfectant) - Hose located near the back door for you to hose boots or dogs before heading home. (Full dog washing station coming early Summer 2024!) - The kiddie pool will be out on hot days for your dog to cool off in! Swing set available for kids to use, at your own risk and under your supervision, while their pet runs around, however; the trampoline is strictly off-limits. Check out our extras that you may add, including premium dog treats from Mountain Dog Cookie Co, a kiddie pool for your dog in the summer months, additional unfenced space for your dog to explore their primal instincts (perfect for sporting dogs!), and even some human treats! Canine Respiratory Illness, what are we doing about it? We've taken a few extra precautions to keep our dogs & visitors safe. In our welcome basket, you'll find disposable bowls that you may use the hose next to the back door to fill up for your pup! Please dispose of your bowl in the garbage can next to the welcome basket. Additionally, toys in the basket will also be wiped down at least once per day with a pet-safe disinfectant. **The host is not responsible for any harm caused to you, your children, or your pets while using the swing set.**
**I prefer a message PRIOR to booking, if our chickens are out for the day we do not have a way to put them up, they free range and go in when they would like.** We have 5.8 acres of unfenced land. We have chickens and goats on the property along with our own dogs so we have lots to smell! We have areas that are mowed and areas that are not. We are nestled between apartment buildings but our land keeps us separated that it’s private. We can make sure the farm animals are put up as the chickens free range if your dog has a high prey drive, but please give us a 24 hour notice if you need the chickens put away for your visit.
