55This was beyond beautiful spot. Went at 6:30 sun was making its way down and the area was breathtaking! We got to see some horses next to the property. The grass was long but the owner had contacted us before hand to let us know and make sure that would be okay. Everything was great and the dogs loved rolling in the grass.

45First...... my dogs absolutely LOVED being able to run freely!!! The area is huge!!! The entry gate isn't fully enclosed so dogs can squeeze through and small dogs can go right through with ease! The back of the property has another large gate with even more room to get under and through! Other than the gates, the grass is in dire need of being cut! To me, those aren't that big of a deal but to others who's dogs may not listen to commands, they should be aware and careful! The dogs didn't want to leave but they were exhausted! Hopefully they'll sleep good tonight and I'd definitely go back but hope the grass gets cut before then!

45This was my first time using Sniffspot. The land was huge. We had a play date with cousin dogs. I never saw my pups so happy to run free and explore. Beautiful horses next door. Easy to find. Able to park within the fenced area which was great. Nothing but a huge field. 1 hour of complete joy for our pups. Only thing that would’ve given it 5 stars for me was if it had been mowed. The grass was high and we brought home several ticks. ☹️ otherwise perfect!! 😄
55This was a fantastic location, my puppies loved running all over the 2 acres. Will definitely head back. It was well worth the hour drive south for us. We have an extremely reactive dog, with no one around it was fantastic for him and our other dog to run free. Our aussies we exhausted at the end of our session.

A total of 12 acres of cleared farmland. Neighbors have horses. 2 total acres fenced in. Beautiful scenic and private area. Beatiful private 2 acres of farmland Available from Dawn til Dusk. Please bring poop bags to bring the stuff with u thanks. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SMALL DOGS AS THIS IS RAW FARMLAND. I FARM THE GRASS FOR HAY AND IS NOT CUT ON A WEEKLY BASIS. SMALLER DOGS ARE WELCOME AT YOUR DISCRETION BUT MIGHT BE ABLE TO SQUEEZE THROUGH THE FRONT CATTLE GATE.
