Hey there! My name is Johanna. I came from the city, but a few months ago, I had the privilege of knowing an amazing guy who became my husband later on. He has this amazing place surrounded by horses, cows, and sheep. Is amazing how the animals can heal your soul just with their presence. He loves animals, and I love animals. Together, we can create an amazing and safe environment for dogs. That's why we decided to start this journey together and share our love and knowledge for animals to the world.

Fully fenced 2 acres of fun!

This property is located next to RVA fields and is privately owned. The property is fully fenced with a 6ft high fence and just about two acres!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
