55My pups were able to run free!! It was a huge space, a fun little wooded area in the corner, water with bowl available and a garbage can for waste bags. My girls had so much fun! I agree with other reviews that there are a few places in the fence that small dogs may be able to escape but fine for medium to larger dogs. Thankfully there were no other people or animals around, other than the cars driving down 59, which this yard backs up to. My pups grew up in the city so they paid no attention to the cars. The yard was completely clear of any dog waste, unlike some of the other Spots I've rented out. The host was excellent at welcoming us and making it clear where we needed to enter through the messaging in the app. We will be back!

55Great spot! Only thing is that ywo of my dogs decided to try to explore beneath the deck, but I was able to recall them just fine. We will definitely be back! This was my first time using sniffspot and it was a good experience. I had a stroller with me, and it was a bit difficult to get it where it needed to go, but purely based on the dogs, it was a good, quiet place to let the dogs run and play and explore.

Description

This back yard is fully fenced with driveway guest parking. There is a mix of both sun and shade, and a hose for water. The grass is treated for bugs in the spring and kept short through the summer. No people or dog distractions at my property, so the place is all yours to wander. I absolutely love making this space comfortable for dogs & owners to stretch their legs in peace. A few things to note about the space. We do have a neighbor dog on one side of the yard, on the other two sides, there may be a deer or three. If you decide to come at dusk, we have a mama raccoon with 3 babies. Please park at the spot closest to the street. Make sure your dog is leashed until inside the yard. Please throw out garbage in the big garbage can outside the gate. There are some balls under the porch and plenty of sticks if your doggie likes to play.

Our large, private yard features ample grass as well as a concrete patio to help keep your dog’s nails filed! Our yellow lab’s favorite spot is in the back, by the wheelbarrow and some logs. That’s where he does his best “sniffing”! Please feel free to have a seat at our glass-top picnic table and use the umbrella to block any sun. If you’d like to sit on one of our comfy swivel chairs, we just ask that you re-cover it when done. The cushions are super thick and we want to keep them nice for our guests! We have tennis balls and other toys and please feel free to use the sprinkler if your dog enjoys it!
