We want to help other dog parents keep their dog active and healthy while avoiding triggers!

Perfect spot to exercise your dogs and relax. This fully fenced, 1/4 acre+ lot allows space for up to 3 furry friends to roam! A table and swing are also available for humans to relax while their pups play.

Fully fenced in huge backyard. We have 4 dogs Monti (rottweiler) Lilly (Shepard husky) Scarlett (beagle) Chapo (Yorkie/Australian terrier). If you'd like, we will let them out to play if we are available. There is a latch on the gate, please make sure you put it back on the gate. Lilly knows how to open the latch!

Manual ball launcher provided, a kiddy pool and a hose for when your pup needs to cool off (weather permitting). Use of a towel, pet wipes and poop bags are also included as well as a filled water bowl. Come enjoy our backyard rain or shine with your pups!

A private acre property with years of love tended to it. One 1/2 acre fully fenced adjacent to home with access to back 1/2 acre that’s all open space. Plenty of space for large and small dogs alike to run, explore, play, train and enjoy the variety of places to Sniff. There is a lot to smell and hunt for (nature and critter scents) Ample space and fence is secure. Our dogs are small so we ensured no gaps or lifting and check regularly. Behind the shrub line by house is the same; securely fenced. The Unfenced Back half part of our property continues all the way to the south tree line. There are apple trees where deer feed, sand hill crane family visits and other wildlife pop up at times, so good sniffing there. At the tree line there is a pathway to a field and the school’s baseball diamonds. That become public property fun for the dogs to explore, especially on long leads, and commonly used. Dogs must be on leash anytime outside of the fenced area. The Oak Creek Parkway trails are also close by for longer walks. As a Thank you for choosing to visit Magnus & Peppers Sanctuary 🐾 there is a table on the deck with toys, treats for pups and humans, bottled water and more for your use. There is also a refilling dog water bowl cleaned between uses. Yard is regularly walked and guests have been wonderfully respectful of not leaving pup presents 💩 behind 😊 We do our best to accommodate all requests, even ones not listed. Rhode is my guy. He’s a five year old pitbull rescue but unfortunately he isn’t the friendliest boy to every dog so we are always looking for some private areas for him to play. Our yard is completely safe and no worries about your pup getting out of the yard a 6 foot fence fully enclosed around yard. We have a deck to enjoy with chairs and a patio umbrellas for shade. I have a kiddie pool and/or nerf ball launcher if requested. We hope you and your pup enjoy your time here.
