Puppy play time! Bring your pups to run and explore our property. We have a fully fenced yard or an open, unfenced field…your choice! Total property is 2.5 acres. Important note: Our property is bordered by a creek. It is not to be entered/accessed by Sniffspot visitors, please.

We’re a family of three who adore dogs, but don’t currently have any of our own (our beloved Rottweilers both passed a few years ago.) Sniffspot allows us to offer our property for pups to come and enjoy themselves and that makes us happy!

Bring your dog to our Homestead on Red Oak Creek in Rockett/Palmer Tx. We have an open field , trails, and creek access. This is a great opportunity for training or basic stimulation. Contact directly for the extra amenities. Make sure you vaccinate your dogs as this is a wooded area with wild animals. Respect our property and enjoy.

Corrine's Private Off-Leash Dog Park

Hi, my name is Corrine! I hope you and your dog/s enjoy our backyard. If the outdoor fan isn't set up on the deck, please feel free to grab it from the shed on the north(or left if you are facing the house). You don't need to put it back. I'm sure other guests would enjoy it as well. Open up the umbrella, and take a seat at the picnic table. There are chair cushions for extra comfort. I welcome any feedback or ideas on how to make the space better.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
