We are excited to offer you a unique and enjoyable outdoor experience at our beautiful half acre lot located in a peaceful and serene setting, surrounded by nature and offering plenty of space for your furry friend to explore and play. Our property features a large, fully fenced backyard that is perfect for your dog to run and play. We also have plenty of seating and tables for you to use as you enjoy the outdoors. In the summer, we have a dog pool available for your furry friend to cool off in. We are dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment for you and your dog, and we look forward to hosting you on our property. 6 ft fence all around to keep your pup within sight! 2 gated entrances on either side of the house. Handicap accessible with a small decline hill to enter the yard. Plenty of street parking available in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Chairs and shade for humans to relax on the patio! I work from home so I will likely be here to answer any questions you may have! Thanks for looking! -Stephen and Liz
Please make sure all the gates are locked tightly when you leave. I asked that you enter the side gate off of 30th St. please be courteous of the plants and flowers. I have planted try to watch your dogs that they don’t dig please I will have doggy bags on the porch that you can clean up after your pet, there’s a trashcan in the alley you can throw them in. Thank you and let’s have fun.
Our backyard is on a fenced in double lot with lots of room to run and play. Heavily wooded and backs up to a ravine. One thing to note: Our gate to the backyard opens up to our steps to the house (you can see this in the photos) and it can be trickier to navigate if you have a mobility aide. My husband and I work from home and either of us would be happy to assist in accessing the yard if needed. We have one camera mounted to the back of the house that does not see past the deck. This is for peace of mind after a neighbors house got broken into–its unrelated to sniffspot and isn't something we look at during visits.
Fully fenced in backyard with plenty of space to run. We have small dogs, but they shouldn't be visible (you could hear barking). The neighbor behind us has two dogs who are out sometimes, but they don't go into the yard. They stay on their deck. I will have poop bags available, and cleaning up after your dog is very appreciated. Please close and re-lock the gate when you leave.
Our spot is near a county forest preserve and is part of the beautiful country side. Our space is unfenced and rectangular shaped and would be great for running, playing frisbee, or ball. There is a picnic table to take a break and watch your pup explore. It is partially fenced on the north side and a hill keeps your pup out of trouble on the south side. There are occasional rabbits, raccoon, and deer but normally leave as soon as there are people present. Come enjoy!
