My name is Addie and I have been a dog lover my whole life. My parents are vets and so I have grown up around animals. I am so excited to have a yard for our dogs and I see how much they love it so I wanted to share the space with other dog owners who may not have the luxury of a fenced yard for their friends to play in.
Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. There is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!
Beautiful, safe, fully fenced, 2 acre yard for your dog or dogs to run free, play fetch, or just explore and sniff out this new environment! Mostly grass, some trees and shrubs and hilly areas. In the distance, enjoy the gorgeous, peaceful view of the Brandywine River valley!

Beautiful 7 acre horse farm. Dog areas include fenced backyard leading out to large pastures. Perimeter fully fenced with wire. Kiddie pool and water provided for your dog. If your dog loves to run and explore this is paradise!
Amazing secluded privately fenced area. Some flat ground as  well as logs for jumping and if interested some wildlife to Chase. There is also a shed in the area When arriving to the home, please park in the cul-de-sac. Go to the left of the home and you will see a goat shed with a animal fence around an area. This is the area for Sniffspot. Please do not use the main homes backyard as I have four dogs in that area. Also, we have recently had some trees knocked down and part of the fence is bent so it is not 100% secure. We are working to remove the tree. Some are still coming to use Sniff spot and I have not had a complaint but I just want you to know about it.   I look forward to you enjoying the property
A remote wooded area with a babbling brook for your furry loved one to explore. *Please know that this location is hilly and to wear hiking footwear. The trails can get muddy depending on the weather*

Need cushions for the deck chairs? Feel free to grab them from the container. How to Access: Park in the driveway near the fence. Open the gate and step into your private dog haven! A private, fully fenced area in southern Lancaster County. There are trees for shade and plenty of room for running and playing! I have two of my own dogs that use the space, but I will ensure my dogs cannot enter the yard during visits. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and respecting the space.
