We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There are doggy bags in the wire basket and a pooper scooper by the stairs. Please use both and leave dog bags in the big green trashcan by the gate. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Located in a Quiet Neighborhood, lots of space for you and your dog to play, train and bond together, comfy seating arrangement for you to relax as well and enjoy the views. Usage may include, training space for reactive dogs, general play time, Dog Parties or any other legal use. We have different areas for smell and play (garden bed) Rough turf with spots for them to dig and lots of greenery to run and play! The lawn in our backyard is-well maintained without any chemicals or weed killers. We sanitize all dog toys often and sun dry!! Splash pad and water amenities and hammock will be available for use June 21st 2025 We also do doggy birthday parties with advance request upon availability.

A little over a half acre of unfenced in yard. Our property includes roaring brook that runs through the back - my dogs love swimming there! We also have a public trail that runs through our yard and our neighbors on the street (not really maintained but walkable for sure- we call it bear highway since that’s all we see using it.) We also have a playground available for dogs & kids alike. We also added a covered gazebo for additional seating or shade. We do have a kiddie pool we can fill and leave out as well. We also have a smaller fenced in area in our middle lot where our dogs do not play and do not have access to. There are chairs there to sit if you need and a fire pit! Our property is set back from the road quite a bit. You come down the long driveway and you would park in front of our skeleton where the driveway turns from rock to pavement. You are welcome to pull down as far as you want to the water by the tree line. We have doggie poop bags by the garage and you can throw any trash in the green bin by the road (it’s bear proof so anything is fine!). We hope to host you soon :) Ps: our ‘lovely’ neighbor recently put up a white fence in the lower lot- please do not cross that. You are welcome to walk the path the other way though! ;)

Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. We have a stream and large area for throwing balls. The area is almost blocked off with only a few exits to our neighbor's yard. There's also a garden area around the other side of the house where they can play as well. In the winter there's woods they can run around in. It's a bit overgrown during the summer but if you have an adventurous dog go for it. We are right next to a school with a playground.

Lots of toys to play with and extra towels, wipes, bubbles and doggie poop bags available just in case. Hose is off for the season so please bring water for your pups. To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage. There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please message me and we can set up a time for a private lesson to ensure the safety of you and your dog! Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move any of the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!
