Fully fenced (6'), small yard with a private gated entrance. Plenty of street parking or welcome to park in the driveway if available. Enjoy relaxing in the hammock or lounge on the patio furniture* while your pups sniff and run around! Grass, mud in the back corner, deck, and concrete to run about. We also have 2 small dogs, so if your pup ever wants some play time, just reach out to me ahead of time. * Furniture is packed up for winter. Please visit starting in the Spring to enjoy!

This is a working sheep farm. You may see rams in the adjacent pasture. The L shaped field is about 2.5 acres of open ground. A second field is now open, adding 3.5 acres of short grass. Feel free to park directly in front of the gate for ease of loading in and out. You may see me or my farm hand at work. If you need a no visual/no contact visit, please let me know in advance.

PNW weather can be unpredictable so keep in mind when booking in advance and BUNDLE up! The fully fenced yard features views of the city, includes lounge chairs, dog toys, water hose, and some covered shade. Treats on occasion for dogs and humans. Rocks, grass and dirt cover the yard. *Parking space is available. Please use Caution when entering and exiting the property. There are hills, slopes and even deer spotting. 🦌 Please empty water bowls before you leave. Place any used toys in the Red bin. New toys rotated regularly. Our yard is mostly grass with some trees for shade, chairs and a hammock for humans, and plenty of privacy for all. Fences are solid wood, 6 feet tall all around. Our pup, Major, will be indoors (unless you request a play with him - he's a friendly golden retriever). We'll keep the curtains closed for your privacy, but he may sneak a peak to say hi through the window. If you have a reactive dog and would like our dog completely out of sight, message me and I can accommodate that with prior notice. There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Please use what you see available - pooper scooper and dog bags on the patio, toys throughout the yard, towels, hose and water station for pups, garbage bin on your way out at the side of the house.

Shaded and open areas. House located on a cul-de-sac. In the process of becoming a "Certified Backyard Habitat" by the Audubon Society. Native plants & trees encourage native species (butterflies, hummingbirds, etc). Grass is green in the spring and fall, can be yellow/green in the summer (water preservation.) Water, water bowl, & balls/toys are available for dogs. Bench & chairs for use. Picnic table shaded by trees. Lights on 2 story deck, lights that surround the deck, and lights above the cement patio available upon request. Plastic bags available to pick up messes, you can place bags in trash (blue bucket.)
