You must add Regulation Agility Extra and turn in a signed waiver of liability for the current year before using the equipment. If equipment is used without a signed waiver, you will be asked to leave and blocked from using spot in the future. No peeing or pooping on/near any equipment. Pickup after your dog and place bags in the provided receptacle. If an accident occurs on the equipment, please spray down the spot with the provided spray bottle located in convenience shed. Children under 18 must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior at all times. Each person is responsible for checking the equipment for safety before use. If you should notice any damage or damage the equipment yourself, please let me know. (If damage is caused by misuse, the responsible party is liable for repair/replacement costs.) Humans are not allowed on the equipment. Please treat the equipment with care. Please use the equipment safely. Dogs are not allowed on obstacles they have not been trained to do properly. You are welcome to move non-contact equipment. You must check with me before moving/adjusting any contact equipment. Prong collars, choke chains, electronic collars, flexi-leads, harnesses and head halters are not safe around agility equipment. Allowed on the field: Flat collars, short tabs, leashes and long lines. However, if using a leash, tab or long line, be very diligent about it not catching on the equipment. Rough handling and poor manners are not permitted. If egregious, you will be asked to leave, and no refund given.
