Wide open acre with shade trees. Outdoor (enclosed) composting bathroom for human guests. Fenced area for dog park to be installed Mid March 2022.

	Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
	Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

	Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

We have a beautiful space that’s been well landscaped well maintained, and has open areas to run as well as trees and rocky Cove to explore. We charge $100 for the first time visit to make sure it’s a good fit, after that first visit we can continue services at a lower rate. Lower rate would be based about 20$-30$ depending on your pups and other criteria such as the amenities that you request. Our initial fee is incredibly high to ensure that the only clients reaching out are people we can trust to take advantage of our beautiful space and show respect for our property and privacy.

Tons of running space with the feel of the forest without being in the forest and a chance for the dog to run off and not come back! We are tucked in a VERY quiet neighborhood where others properties are fenced. The property is vacant with no home on it yet at the moment, there maybe times we are there working on the foundation to start the build process. Please message me ahead so I can Inform you if there will be any loud trucks or noises but as of now just framing the foundation.

Your dogs (or cats) will love free roaming through our wild land! There’s a lot of smells to explore and trees to pee on. We own all the surrounding land live near by if you need anything
