Have a campfire or cookout. Will be adding more level ground and clearing. There is a nice flat spot away from the road along the creek for ball tossing. And a nice flat upper level. Plenty of wood laying around for a campfire. We will be adding some fire rings soon. Please be patient as we make this an even better sniff spot. Filling and leveling more ground as we go.

The beach offers a sandy area perfect for chasing balls and sticks. Take a dip in the cool Schroon River and feel free to walk up the river’s edge and explore the riverbank. Shoes recommended. We have a beautiful spot for your dog to run off leash. It’s not fenced but we do provide 47 acres of adventure! A mix of gravel road, grass, woods, and even a pond.

We own 100 wooded acres with a creek that runs along the property and several spring fed streams throughout the forest. There are old logging roads that can be used as trails or feel free to just roam as you would like.

Our 9-acre property has over 5 acres of mowed land, with several trails and pathways as well. While the area is unfenced, it is far away from the road and downslope, so the road is not visible/accessible from the property.
