Sniffspot's private dog parks are the best way to exercise your dog. We have the best variety and the best priced dog parks anywhere!
An open, fully fenced backyard where your dog(s) can run around and sniff the wildlife. We have a baby pool, a patio, and a pergola where you can relax while they explore.
Large fenced in natural area in a very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of shade in summer. Half lawn and half wooded areas for lots of sniff exploring. Bench for seating and great bird watching for human companions. Wild flowers, wild blueberry and wild black berries.
This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.
We have more than 2 acres of fully-fenced in property that features a large lawn as well as ample "wooded" areas for your dog to run in and explore. There are also a handful of large boulders for your pup to jump on and off of.
No bells and whistles unfortunately, but if you need a grass fenced yard to run with your baby and maybe play ball then here you go! Quiet neighborhood with a fence that my dogs have never gotten past, so hopefully yours wont either!
Please park on the right side of gravel driveway, located on Grove Court. Walk across front yard or follow path at the top of the driveway. The fenced in area is in the front yard just passed the brown house. There are table and chairs for our guests to be comfortable.
We have 128 acres of woods pasture and active farm land available for you to explore with your dog ! If your interested in a off leash experience without worry we have a 2 acre spot for your four legged love to enjoy without the fear of a failed recall. We just ask you stay out of the cows pasture, barn , chicken coops and do not open any gates despite what the cows might tell you ;) Our beautiful working farm is a natural environment shared by abundant wildlife deer, herons, and wild turkeys who roam the property and potentially could access the fenced area. When our Sniffspot guests are not visiting the fenced area is home to our flock of sheep. They happily do the “mowing” for us so you may notice some spots where the field isn’t perfectly “mowed” or gifts they have left behind! With this please be mindful not to leave anything behind that may attract in wildlife or potentially harm our sheep! We thank you and look forward to your visit !
The agility yard is a great way to give your pet physical and mental enrichment while strengthening the bond between you. Safety is paramount, so you’ll find our Agility Yard enclosed by a four-foot fence. However, if your dog happens to be an enthusiastic jumper, we recommend visiting the Athens Bunker Hill Dog Park, offering an open and adequately fenced space to accommodate their energy. While enjoying the Agility Yard, please note that there’s a road nearby. For your pet’s safety and the safety of others, keep your pet leashed when entering and exiting the yard. The road sees regular foot traffic, with people walking, dog-walking, and cycling. Passersby may pause to admire your training efforts. Respect for the environment is crucial—remember to CLEAN UP after your pet. Doggie bags are conveniently available on the fence, and you can dispose of waste in our designated garbage receptacle. If your pet happens to dig, please fill in any holes they create. To ensure everyone’s safety, please refrain from using any of the equipment; it’s exclusively for animals. We also emphasize the importance of gentle training methods—excessive force will not be tolerated. Most pets are eager learners, so patience is key. If you’re interested in learning effective training techniques, feel free to reach out for a quick lesson based on my experience with my own dogs. Above all, make training a positive and enjoyable experience for both you and your pet. Visiting our agility yard is a direct contribution to our nonprofit One Dog One World's mission. We sincerely appreciate your support. onedogoneworld.org

This is truly a private dog park! This fenced area is not connected to my house, nor is it visible from our house windows (only one bathroom window facing that way). It’s also not visible from the road or neighbors. For safety, there are double gates at the entrance. The area is mostly grassy except for a turf covered area that is prone to mud. Basic items are available like a dish for water, towels, a lawn chair, poop bags, a paw cleaner, long lines and a shovel to throw poo in the woods. Also, there are 2 trees for shade, a hose available, a sprinkler and 2 kiddie pools for your use. This area is used for my dog walking business a few hours per week but is available otherwise.
Play set is no longer in yard.

Our Sniffspot is our fully fenced, backyard attached to the house, with a private entrance from the driveway. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs are welcome. This centrally located spot in the Capital Region will be a comfortable, safe and fun space for you and your dog(s) to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Guilderland (near the borders of Albany and North Bethlehem) with ample driveway space. Easy access to the backyard - you can use the private black metal side gate (pictured) to enter the backyard. You’ll find ample space for running and playing. There’s even a dedicated smaller fenced in dog area within the larger fenced in backyard (if you’d like to use that dog-friendly space as well). For the humans, there is a large covered porch, with ample seating and outlets for charging your phone. For dogs, there is a water bowl with readily accessible hose for water, toys and treats available for use while in the backyard. We have two small pups (Daschunds) of our own (Murphy and Bucky) who love their backyard but they will be inside during your visit so your pups will have the space all to themselves. Find us on Facebook! Search: Hound Hill, 1 acre fenced private dog park in West Avon Hound Hill is a fully fenced one acre wooded doggy paradise. We have our own pack of four dogs and created this space for them. They use the large yard daily but will always be secured inside the house for the entirety of your visit. Hound hill is an unimproved wooded area, but we have cleared brush, leaves and sticks for easier walking and playing with your dog. Our fence is mesh critter fence which is wildlife friendly for the deer, bears, bobcats and other animals that travel through our property. If you are looking for a large space for fetch or just to let your dog explore then this is the place! Please note that the dog park is on a hill and there are no paved or flat areas within the park. It is recommended that you wear good shoes with traction and are comfortable walking through an unimproved wooded area. There are rocks, sticks, leaves and uneven terrain. If you have physical limitations this park may be very difficult for you to use. When you arrive please take time to walk the fence line with your dog on leash first to ensure the fence is intact. Due to the nature of critter fencing and the abundance of wildlife, we have had occasional breaks caused by deer and bear as well as branches that have fallen. If you spot any issue please message the host and they will immediately address the issue. We love this fence because it does not entangle the wild animals and is very easy to repair. This means we have to inspect it often, and we do, but for the safety of all we encourage each doggie chaperone to do their own visual inspection before allowing dogs free rein. We do treat the area with cedar oil for ticks. We do not use any herbicides or pesticides or fertilizer. Please pull all the way into the drive and park in the gravel spot to the left of the garage. There is marked parking for one vehicle. If you have additional vehicles please park the second vehicle in the culdesac and walk in. Do not block the garage doors. Enter and exit through the gate directly in front of the parking spot. Please do not use the gate on the other side of the lot for any reason. Please do not use the smaller fenced area directly off the back of the house. Please pick up after your dog. Removal of dog waste is imperative in order for us to continue to offer this spot. Thank you so much for visiting, I love seeing our clients and their dogs enjoy themselves so much while playing freely!
Right off 9W but quiet and set back enough from the highway. Little over 1/4 acre to run, swim, (kiddie pool) nice and shady in the afternoon with sunny spots for dogs to sunbathe in. Hose access for fresh water.

I have a beautiful fenced in yard. It's a dog's paradise with lots of shade. I have a vinyl fence which dogs can see through the pickets on two sides facing front yard and side street, I rescued a dog from Homeward Bound 12 years ago and they had to come to my house to see the yard and inspect me home. Needless to say, I called him Onyx.
