*Paige2040 first visit discounts* ** You MUST have a reserved, paid-for spot to enter the yard. No exceptions. And you can ONLY be in the enclosed fenced area on the property. NOWHERE ELSE **PLEASE READ HRS OF AVAILABILITY HERE** The yard is available: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday (no Tues/Wed) between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. - last booking would need to be made for a 3:30 p.m. exit. *Hate opening the yard description with this, but there has been a problem lately with poop not getting picked up. PLEASE make sure to pick up your dog's poop. Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play & run. Enjoy the swing while your pups run & play. Shade up by the house, as well as a box full of balls. Dog water bowls up by the garage doors. Please try to keep your pups from digging in the grass. We have recently filled in holes mostly down at the base of the property by the fence but sort of all over the property with fresh dirt, so please keep your dog from digging in the dirt. No exceptions. There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Poop bags & balls provided. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. If you have a foster dog, you can come for free. Just reach out to me so I can make the yard available. We love it here, and we hope you do too. People live on the property, so please be mindful of that. We do have a new Bermuda lawn on the upper part of the yard closest to the house, so there are still a few dirt spots that have not filled in. Please, to the extent you can, keep your dogs from digging in the dirt in those areas. Poop bags will be on the table. Please pick up after your pet.
