Description

New build, yard opens up to a big open space where dogs would be leashed but not necessary in back yard. Covered porch and plenty of space to roam around. Google Map it or reach out with any questions, - Lucas

30 minute dog walk$20

I will take your pooch on a nice stroll through the walking areas and or over to the dog park that has agility equipment and or just a quick stroll down the street depending on your dog’s age or requirements if it’s a small dog and it’s a smaller walk obviously I would adjust the price according

if you would like to discuss dedicated dog watching or having your animal inside my property perhaps on a day where it’s gonna be below freezing or something along those lines I accept those on a case by case basis, depending on breed maturity level, but again it’s on a case by case basis But I do have a spacious home with plenty of room

If you want me to be outside, throwing a frisbee or their favorite toy or just chasing them around making sure they’re having a good time. I’m more than happy to do that. However, it does depend on size of dog, maturity of animal, and frequency as I do work from home, but don’t mind taking a lunch break or stepping outside to play with a nice little pooch

Additional rules

No dogs can be off leash behind the fencing area although it is common to see people throwing frisbees and toys technically, it’s against the rules so just talk to me ahead of time about that. There is a dedicated dog park just one block away that has all the ramps and everything you could think of and you’re more than welcome to walk or have me walk your dog over to that park and we can discuss pricing on that, but there’s plenty of shade and lots of other dogs are in the area so they won’t be lonely. If you prefer to meet the first time or two that’s completely fine or if you’re one of those drop off and go type of people that works fine as well both gates on either side of the house can be opened and access and there is camera security on the backyard and the front so nothing to worry about there This is a very safe neighborhood and would be happy to host your pup.

Walters 1 Acre Fully Fenced Wag and Run Yard

Beautiful 1 acre yard with shaded areas for your furbabies. Owner has cover area with table to sit and watch. Yard has plenty of room to play. Pool is covered for winter but will be pet friendly once spring is here. Private 2nd driveway with entrance into backyard.
