Here’s what makes this the ideal spot for you. Features: Spacious Dog Run: Our dedicated dog run offers ample space for your pup to sprint, chase, and fetch to their heart’s content. Lush Grass Area: Let your dog roam freely on our well-maintained, grassy area. Perfect for rolling, playing, or just lounging. Professional gardeners come every Tuesday. Shaded Seating: Enjoy our comfortable seating area with plenty of shade, ensuring you and your dog can relax and stay cool even on the sunniest days. Outdoor misters can be turned on and used for hot days (please notify in advance if you would like to use this feature). Secure Fencing: Your dog’s safety is our priority. Our backyard is fully enclosed with secure fencing to give you peace of mind while your dog enjoys their playtime.

Perfect for warm days, this refreshing pool offers a safe and fun way for dogs to cool off and splash around during their adventure. Whether your canine companion loves to swim or just wade in shallow waters, this pool provides the ideal retreat. Will be clean and sanitized prior to reservation and host will clean and drain after.

Supervision: Dogs must be supervised by their owners at all times. Leash Requirements: Dogs should be leashed when entering and exiting the property. Vaccinations: All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies and distemper. Clean-Up: Owners must clean up after their dogs. Waste bags and trash bins are provided. Respect Property: Treat the property with respect. No digging, chewing, or damaging plants and furniture. Number of Dogs: Limit the number of dogs allowed per booking to prevent overcrowding. Time Limits: Stick to the reserved time slot. Arrive and leave on time to allow for the next booking. No Smoking or Alcohol: For safety and cleanliness, no smoking or alcohol is allowed on the property. Children: If children are present, they must be supervised. Health Check: Do not bring dogs that are sick or have any contagious conditions. Gates: Ensure all gates are securely closed upon entering and leaving to maintain a secure environment. Owners are responsible for their dogs and any injuries or damages caused. By using this Sniffspot, you agree to release the host from any liability related to accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on the property.

Hey there 👋 My name is Jamie, and my husband and I are opening up our backyard for fellow dog owners to use and enjoy. Being a dog owner ourselves we know the importance of have an enclosed safe space for our dogs to run and play in. We extend our space for you to use and hope your dogs get as much joy out of it as our dogs. Please feel free to reach out for any questions or additional amenities and we hope to host you soon!
