Just so you know… The property goes all the way back to the tree line and the hill… They didn’t have an amenity for a toboggan hill, but if you’re bringing kids or feel like a kid, that’s available of course. 😇😇

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Welcome to Five Star Ranch. The sniff spot area is a fully enclosed 80 / 140 foot indoor arena, perfect for the upcoming cold weather and rainy days
***All charges are in USD*** Our 1,000+ sq foot indoor training room + 500+ sq foot partially covered potty yard is for rent. Some Training obstacles are available for use during the room rental. Slatmill for dogs included for rental use (please bring your own harness if you plan on using it). Wall climb and Spring pole is also included in rental (you will need to bring your own wall climb toy, belay rope available for larger dogs who can’t be caught). Lots of parking available. No access to bathrooms. Clean up supplies for accidents provided, water tap available for dogs, please bring your own bowl. Please do NOT use crate in room (you may bring your own if needed). Please wear indoor shoes.
IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD We have MARKED TRAILS on our family farm for owners and dogs to enjoy. Just follow the blue markers. There are forest trails and trails around our hay fields. **Please note **Our residential areas are off limits, please stick to the trails and blue markers. Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields. There are a couple of cows on the neighboring property, this is only for a very small portion on one of the fields.

Fully fenced area has a new gate! With dog friendly entrance. Bathrooms are now closed for the season. While Offering 4 km of trails and With the short days upon us don’t for get your flashlight! We are open till 11PM! Enjoy a night walk if you’re not scared of the dark! We are working hard to prepare the area for your visit, some areas might look less than perfect but we keep it safe for you and your furry companions. Nurtured by Nature is a thriving kids summer day camp but currently off season so we are open 7 days a week. So for the safety of the kids and respect to their families we are unable to have the area available while the day camp is open. This is for only 6 weeks in the summer. Two buildings… one for human shelter with comfortable seating and one designed for canine barn hunting. Multiple obstacles for dog enrichment. Truly a special spot for you and your dog to enjoy together.
***Charges are in USD*** We at BHS understand that letting your dog run and play is so important! But some dogs aren't suitable for dog parks or social areas. Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom! Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter.
