Welcome to our Sniffspot! We offer a pesticide free, beautiful and unfenced 5 acre area for you and your dogs. We offer free parking, access to nearby conservation trails, picnic tables, and a beautiful apple orchard to enjoy. ***Charges are in USD*** We at BHS understand that letting your dog run and play is so important! But some dogs aren't suitable for dog parks or social areas. Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom! Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter. I have 2 dogs here...but will keep them inside during your time if that's whats best for you and your dog(s). Alternatively, if you're looking to socialize your pup, Nala (18 months) and Scout (6 months) are excellent companions. You have full/private access for you and your dog(s). Some open field for playing chuck it or frisbee, and others with lots of trees and a bit of trails to explore. Partial fencing and hoping to put more up, but will need the funds and support to do this. Quiet area. We also hope to put more fun things for agility there for the doggies as well ❤️

We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees won't be out until April but please avoid the hives anyway.
