Description

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

Hazards

We have several acres with one acre which is fully fenced in that has a combination of grass and woods. It is very much like a park with walking trails and open areas. There are natural sticks and trees that are "pointy" and anything one may encounter at a park outdoors. Note: There are certain times of the year where it would be wise to wear boots/"muddy" shoes.

Please be respectful of our home and property. Bags and/or a pooper scooper is available for you to clean up after your dog(s). Fresh water is provided for your dog(s). (The bowl is thoroughly cleaned before each visit). You must remain on the premises with your dog(s) at all times. Only dogs with up-to-date shots/vaccines are permitted; no admittance for dogs with worms, parasites or any unfavorable condition. Thank you. Dog Training Elite Indoor Facility (7,500 sq/ft)

We reserve the right to cancel reservations if less than 2 dogs. $40 for the 1st dog, each additional dog is $20/hr. We have a Heated/Cooled 7,500sq/ft facility with bathrooms.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
