We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

We have about an acre fully fenced and another little bit of wilderness in the back. There's tall trees for shade/sniffing and a big open field in the middle. My dog is reactive and this yard has been a great space for him to run free and we'd love to share it to give other dogs a chance to have a safe space to run too :)

Welcome to your pup’s new favorite spot! This fully fenced-in yard is perfect for small and large pups alike. You’re welcome to off-leash your dog in the Sniffspot, of course! We also have poop bags, water bowls and clean water, and plenty of toys we rotate out on a regular basis. We also offer Sniffpass monthly memberships, which allow you to visit our spot at a discount. This is a fully fenced backyard with beautiful green grass and a small cement area for a fire pit. There is a fully furnished deck and in the warmer weather there would be access to water. There may be driveway parking but there is always street parking directly across from the house.

Sit back and relax while your dog runs around in our fully fenced-in yard (6ft privacy fence). Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect playtime oasis for dogs of all sizes and behaviors. Our neighbors next to us do NOT have dogs, but occasionally, you may hear children playing. We have two dogs in the house, but they rarely bark, and we will try to have them upstairs when you are here. My husband is often working from home, but he will not leave the office or bother you when you are here. The deck and all dog amenities (toys, water bowl, poop bags, hose) are available for you to use. The water valve for the hose is behind the couch on the deck. We just ask that you turn off the hose, pick up poop, and fully latch the gate on your way out. Poop bags can go in the bucket on the stone bench. Parking is available on the street, or you can park on the parking pad. Enter and exit through the gate on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street). Thanks so much! ☺️

I have a full backyard perfect for dogs to run or walk. I even have a kennel to f needing housing for 1 to 3 days. But additional cost will apply.

I have a nice little backyard and I also have a huge empty lot next to my house not a busy street it is not fenced in but I'm thinking about doing something yet I haven't the back is fenced in so I usually just kind of hang out there and work on stuff in the garage or whatever and watch them they usually tend not to go far so but I also have I think where I can put a run up so I can just put something from the tree to the garage and put a run and then hook them on a chain and put them and they can still get just as much exercise and area as if they were running around free

If you’d like to rent our adjacent space with a swimming pool, please contact us to make arrangements. The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it will be kept set around 55-60. * We use a chlorine based cleaner between each visit to keep our guests as safe as possible. This is less harsh than other options while being just as effective, food safe, and contact safe for pups and companions. The result is the area may smell like an indoor pool. Some guests may be sensitive to this smell.
