Nice spot. Probably would not recommend for smaller escape artist dogs, but for my two large dogs it was perfect. They were able to run and play and wear themselves out in the yard was very nice. No mud or puddles. They really enjoy themselves and I will return PS do not kick the red ball. It’s metal, lol my toes learn the hard way

Great sniffspot! Large open space to run around and plenty of dog toys to play with! There was water on sight and a bucket for poop bags. The host gave clear instructions about the gate and entrance. We will be back soon!

A nice clean spot with lots of toys scattered around for my dogs to play with. It’s that time of year where the ground is either frozen or muddy, so bring towels and expect a muddy dog if you’re coming on a non-frozen day! The spot is on a fast road so there was occasional traffic noise, otherwise it is a very quiet spot without other dogs or people. My average sized golden could probably squeeze through the bars of the entry gate if she was determined to but fencing is secure around the entire property. My dogs came home happy, tired, and muddy!

Another great visit to this sniff spot. Clean and plenty of room for your dog to run around. The host is amazing!!! Beautiful views. This sniff spot is mine and my doberman Zeus’s favorite. Fencing is secure and safe. We come here as much as we can.

20/10! 💦😍 we booked just to be able to teach our reactive/anxious pup how to swim and give him a private space to enjoy. Turned out our whole family had a blast enjoying the gorgeous space and can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely AMAZING!! Just like the photos but even better! So much room for doggies to run and play in complete fenced in yard, beautiful clear pool to swim, and lots of shady areas to releax! Already planning our next visit! I would post pics but we were having so much fun I honestly didn't want to take time out to go grab phone LOL Next time I will add photos but it definitely looks EXACTLY as listed...could not ask for a better spot!

This spot is beautiful! Very private, excellent pool and solidly fenced. Plan to be back again - next time with little life jackets for our dogs, until they get used to it.

Wonderful host, beautiful property, great yard and amenities like a kitty pool and dog bag trash can. Yard is a cool shape that allows for good runs for fetch. Fully fenced, secure, and in good shape, about 4ft with some taller sections. Note a neighbor does have 3 small dogs that were barking through the fence and could be distracting for a dog-reactive dog, they did call them inside and there is plenty of room in the yard to avoid that wall so was only a minor thing to be aware of. Convenient location in a nice neighborhood.

My dog loved this yard! It's large enough to get all her energy out. Fence is secure and I didn't feel there was any way my dog could escape. There is a kiddy pool for the dogs to play in and the host even left treats for my pup!

Great yard, lots of running room! Host leaves out baggies and a poop scoop in case we need it. Has a puppy pool which our girl enjoyed to the fullest! They even left out a little treat box, which I thought was very sweet! I’m not from OH but would definitely come back. Our pup had a blast!
