Perfect spot for your favorite furry friend to put that nose to use! From the deer walking around at night, to the squirrels and birds during the day. This spot offers a wide variety of smells and plenty of trees to smell and pee on! This spot is big enough to go off leash even if the gate isn’t up yet, unless your dog is known for darting of course! Every dog that has visited thus far hasn’t had any issues running around off leash! The front yard has enough trees for shade but spaced out enough to throw a ball or frisbee! The backyard has an open space that’s righty next to a heavily wooded spot with trails! There’s a shop in the back, but it will remained closed while we have guests! There is a water hose for filling bowls, and soon we will have little “water stations” added.

Welcome to our SniffSpot! If you send me a note I'm happy to put out some lawn chairs and a big bowl of water before your arrival. There are plastic bags for poop hanging on the fence, which you can place in the trashcan in the driveway on your way out :) If there's anything else you might need please feel free to reach out. Peaceful, rural beauty only 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland. 1/5 mile gravel path (grass path next to gravel as well if your dog has sensitive paws) that can be used as a scenic trail. Newly constructed, 60x60, fully fenced area with agility items, so your dog can play after you walk the trail. Kiddie pool available that can be filled up with easy to access hose. We also have a larger fenced area with shade available for use until the end of July--- there is a dog kennel building on this property and once business is open (est. open date is late July) the larger area will NOT be available as it is attached to the kennel area where boarding business will be conducted. THE FULLY FENCED 60x60 AGILITY PLAY AREA AND WALKING TRAIL WILL PERMANENTLY BE USED FOR SNIFFSPOT AND WILL STILL BE FULLY ACCESSIBLE AND RESERVED FOR SNIFFSPOT EVEN AFTER BUSINESS OPENING. There is an indoor restroom and sink for washing hands (which will also be accessible even after business opening). BATHING STATION SUITABLE FOR SMALL TO MEDIUM DOGS MAY BE BOOKED AS AN EXTRA. parking on property is available.

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (dogs allowed, duh!) fenced in. Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 2 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely!
