Vince and Ava's Poolside Oasis ***Season 2024 ended See you in 2025 *** • Private Fenced Yard: Entire backyard is securely fenced with three gate entrances. The back gate opens to a spacious open field area. • Dog-Friendly Pool: The pool features a tanning ledge entrance, making it easily accessible for dogs. Please brush high-shedding dogs before your visit. • Safety First: Swim at your own risk. Dog life vests are not provided, so bring your own if needed. Please read Sniffspot’s Water Safety https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water • Outdoor Sink: Fill up water bowls and rinse water bowls at the outdoor kitchen sink • Comfortable Seating: Relax in various seating areas around the yard, including bar chairs, lounge chairs, rockers, and a hammock. • No Smoking/Vaping/Alcohol: To ensure a clean and safe environment, smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted. • Pool Use Policy: Only one person is allowed in the pool to assist dogs. Additional people can be added for $30 each. NO EXCEPTIONS • Pet Cleanup: Guests must clean up after their dogs. Poop bags can be found at the gate entrace at the driveway. PLEASE DISPOSE OF POOP BAGS IN THE TRASH CANS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Additional Rules Pool Safety: No running around the pool. No diving or jumping into the pool. This is a swimming pool and only 6 feet deep. Glass Prohibition: No glass is allowed on the property. Pool Access: The pool is primarily for dogs. One adult can assist dogs in the pool. Only one person per visit is permitted in the pool unless you add additional people in the extras. No children are allowed in the pool due to liability, not even as an extra. No one under 18 is permitted. We look forward to providing you and your furry friends with a delightful and safe poolside experience!

Want to have a poolside art fun activity with your dog? Add on an dog art kit. Kit Includes an 8x10 canvas Plastic ziplock Assorted paints on canvas Spray cheese on the outside of the Ziplock bag. If you purchase this extra you will find it in the mini fridge when you arrive so you and your pup can enjoy a little time outside of the pool. With every purchase we will donate a dog paint kit to local shelters and rescues for enrichment activities for the homeless dogs of Hampton Roads.

If you would like a professional photographer on site outside of When Skies Are Grey Photography you MUST pay a property release. ABSOLUTELY NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY IS PERMITTED ON OUR PROPERTY WITHOUT A PROPERTY RELEASE FEE

Bone shaped pupsicles to refresh you pup while they have some pawtastic fun playing and swimming at our spot! Pupsicles are water based not dairy blended with fresh fruit.

Hi! I am Denise & easily distracted by dogs! I love my dogs and your dogs too. We are a pet loving family and volunteer at local shelters and rescues photographing homeless animals! I am a Coastal Virginia Pet Photographer. I hope you enjoy Vince & Ava’s backyard oasis & now our newest addition Lady!

Hickory Pines Farm play yard

Our play yard is full of activity for any pet to enjoy! We offer a sandpit for pets or kids to pay in, hanging rope toy, a few small climbing objects, a ramps, toys, and balls. We do have some small farm animals throughout the property but they are all secure in their areas. Our dogs will be inside during visits so owners and pets can enjoy their time in the yard without the distractions of our babies. We live in a very quite neighborhood that doesn't have much going on. Everything we offer is located on a cart at the entrance of the play yard.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
