Bucolic, parklike grounds for a perfect day out with your dog. Play on the expansive lawn, go for a cooling dip in the spring-fed pond, leap over the stone walls, or explore the secluded woodland streams and trails. The location is convenient for day trips, but the scenery feels like you've discovered a perfect piece of New England nature. Don't miss out! Note: pond had been treated with animal safe due dye and may be drunk and swum in safely!

12,000 square foot fully equipped agility field

First time guests use code PUPTOPERF for a $10 discount! Returning renters can use code TRAINYERDOG for a discount too 😉 if you plan on renting regularly consider purchasing a Sniffpass! To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage. There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please message me and we can set up a time for a private lesson to ensure the safety of you and your dog! Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move any of the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!

The dog park at Starwind Farm is located on a working horse farm and offers three options. There is an 80 by 180 foot indoor riding arena that is completely enclosed with doors on both ends and lights. It is ideal for small group play, off leash, work, and general burning of energy year round. With the unprecedented temperatures and ice, it's an excellent place to play or work with your dog(s) There is a beautiful walk next to the river with a path that winds around the horse paddocks. There is a small fenced-in grass paddock for contained, on leash work. Come enjoy the peace and beauty of Starwind Farm with your canine companion.
