The fencing ranges from 3.5 to 4 feet high, consisting of privacy wood, doubled chicken wire, and cattle wire, ensuring safety for your furry friend. The yard is equipped with chairs, a table, kids' toys, a trampoline, and even a water hose/sprinkler/wading pool for water fun! What's Included: Completely fenced yard Lake access (recall is essential) Swampy in summer — perfect for a muddy adventure! Nearby bike path visible at the gate Neighbor's dog sometimes audible, but generally quiet area Outdoor hose and water available during the summer months Tables, trampoline, and fire pit (feel free to use!)
