*Paige2040 first visit discounts* **PLEASE READ HOURS OF AVAILABILITY HERE** The yard is available: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday (no Tues/Wed) between 8:30 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. - last booking would need to be made at 2:15 for a 3:15 p.m. exit - Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play. Enjoy the swing while your pups run and play. Dog bowls up by the garage doors. Newly-planted sod, so please keep your pups from diggin'! There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON THE RACK. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. We have an outdoor restroom! 5 ft tall fencing all the way around -very happy spot! Expect to hear chickens or goats from down the street or horses and donkeys from across the street. Lots of birds and privacy from neighbors.

We have a 1/4 of an acre fenced and 3/4 of an acre of wooded land that is not currently fenced in, but can be accessed through a gate in the back of the yard. We have plenty of room for your baby to run, and the pool makes for a nice place for your pup to play if they like the water. We live at the end of a cul de sac, so there is street parking, and the yard is accessible from the driveway!
