Throw a party for pets, family or friends. Plenty of shade and deck space for guests to enjoy. The yard is well lighted if an early morning or evening visit is desired. Instant booking and no advance notice is needed. No landscaping to be concerned with. Both pets and humans are welcome in the stock tank pool. Fresh City water available on the deck and electric is available to power or charge your mobile devices. Traveling with pets? This Sniffspot is just a few blocks off of I-635. If you are passing through the North Dallas Area, take a break and give your pets some safe off leash time. There are restaurants and gas stations close to this location. Easy access to I-635 will get you back on your way quickly.

My big backyard is fully fenced and has lots of space for your pup to run! Two rocking chairs under a shaded patio for your comfort. Squirrels are frequently spotted running along the fence for additional entertainment. I understand you may be looking for a safe space for your pup away from other dogs. I do have a hound so please let me know if I need to keep him out of sight!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
