**The initial booking is for the yard access only. We have toys set up for the dogs to play in the yard. If you wish to have access to the pool please look at the extras and add accordingly. Thank you!** We have 3000 sqft of artificial grass for the dogs to run and play on. No more dogs getting muddy from playing in the yard. **It states that there are always dogs present but what that means is we have 7 of our own personal dogs inside the home. They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. Come and play/swim with your dogs in our wonderful backyard paradise.

Hazards

Artificial turf can get hot, but depending on time of day, it has lots of shade to keep it cool. We also have a hose to cool the turf down. **we also are next to a fenced in cattle field. The cattle are sometimes right next to the fence and dogs can see them. Also being next to a big field, we have seen snakes of several varieties. Mostly non venomous snakes but it is Florida and we have eastern diamondback snakes as well out here. The pool is 5.5ft deep so keeping an eye on the dogs in the pool is important.

Parties over 2 people need to book the extras of 3+ people. Make sure the gate latch is completely shut when leaving the property as dog safety is our number one concern.
