Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. June 1, 2025 Hi I'm Andrea! I have no use for all this property we have here! I come across advertisements for Sniffspot over a year ago now and decided to sign up! June 24 will make 3 years since my 🐕 dog Rosie crossed the rainbow bridge so I have the yard rentable for very cheap in her honor! She is the doggie pictured in my profile photo! The yard is completely fenced in of course. I am not allowed any animals here personally so a surprise pet will not show up during your visit. We do have a stray black and white cat that keeps to himself and a gorgeous cat that belongs to my back neighbor whom comes over to see me. The back neighbor also has a chicken coop right outside the fence. The water here is well water and not filtered please do not use! The landlord does not want to do anything about it. P.S. please bring your senior and disabled dogs!

We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). Our yard is fully fenced! We maintain a few small fruit trees and a little garden, which you can enjoy any of the fruit and veggies from. We have a basic set of agility equipment, which you can set out and move as you wish. It is usually on the porch with the hammock, but may already be out in the yard. Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more. The designated dog area is fully fenced. Once on the property, you're welcome to close the gate to fully enclose the space. Please park to the right in the field along the fence line once passed the gate. The home at the back of the property is currently rented and not part of the available roaming space. While it may be visible, it is separated by a tree line. We live off-site in Clermont but will stop by occasionally to maintain the area and add features. You're welcome to explore the open field and the back side of the property to the right after entering—there are some trails available as well. The map provided outlines the designated area for roaming. Please note that our neighbors may occasionally have horses on their adjacent property. Additionally, while rare, a small alligator has been spotted in the pond.
