Loved Kathy's place. It was a perfect large space for our boys to run and sniff. So glad to find this local gem. We went on Thanksgiving and she even went above and beyond to provide treats and a Thanksgiving dinner for the boys. We appreciate this kind and thoughtful gift. Definitely recommend!

We loved it here! There was a nice walk way leading up to the gate so it was easy to find. Pamela set out some toys, treats, bags, and a little pool for our dog to play in. The yard is big and has a lot of open room for the dogs to run! We will definitely be back! :)

This was my first experience with Sniffspot. Even though I booked last minute the host responded quickly to my text and had directions on how to get into the backyard before I got there. I just forgot to look before I got there. She had water, toys and plenty of places to sit in the shade or sun. The fence was very secure and the yard was very clean after the hurricane. The photos of the property help very much in finding the gate and confirming you are at the right spot.

Perfect size yard for our pups to burn off some energy. Host had water, treats, toys, and poop bags available for use. Dogs loved running and chasing their Frisbee. Nice privacy fence, and we didn't hear any other dogs/people around.

Nice place with lots of room to run! Even though it’s only partially fenced as advertised, the area where you’ll be spending all your time is the left side and back of the property, which are the 3 sides fenced in. 💪

Great value for the price. One half of the property has a house, and the rest is plenty for the dogs to run around and have fun. the neighboring property had two calves, and ours enjoyed meeting them. both animals were curious and was fun for us to watch. Our two had a great time. Thanks Nicole

We found everything at canter woods to be as advertised. Tess was wonderful about communicating and we knew everything we needed to know upon arrival. Our dog Rocky had the best time investigating all the new smells and waded into the two ponds. We avoided the third pond so as not to encounter the otters! We will be returning Thank you

This spot is our new favorite place to treat our dogs to! If you love walking trails with your dogs, letting them frolic and splash in safe, clean water spots, or enriching them with all kinds of smells, I can't think of a better spot!

We were met at the gate and given a tour and let loose! The grounds are beautiful and our pup and the kids were tuckered out afterwards. One trip and this convinced us to be members! Having the property completed fenced allowed us to let our pup roam worry free and she splashed straight into the pond the moment she saw it. We’ll definitely be coming again!

This is by far the best sniff spot my dog and I have been to. The host was super communicative and quick to respond to all of my questions, and once on the property every thing was labeled and as described (and the map was so helpful as a first time visitor). My dog had such a blast running around chasing the rabbits and birds. She also loved taking dips in all of the ponds around the property. The walking trail is very well shaded and not as buggy as one would expect for south Florida, so I was able to take an enjoyable stroll while my dog ran around. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Our visit to Canter Wood was amazing, especially for my most recent Bahamas rescue & my friend's Bernadoodle, both of which are in pure joy stretching their legs and running!!! The clean ponds were a wonderful treat, my pup that is afraid of water even joined in. Other than the pups, us humans loved the nature experience offered by the lovely mature Florida trees & foliage. And much of farm park offers alot of shade to take & break and let the pups catch their breath. Such a great visit. We will surely be back often.
