It includes the paddock area and all the open space to the right of it, down to behind the pines in the back. There is a shallow creek in the back right corner, in season.
We live on a beautiful farm on the Mississippi River in the middle of Arnprior, Kinburn and Pakenham. Enjoy the quietness of the country with our very private dog park! Our field is fully fenced with 6' chain link fence, including a double gate to ensure that no dog can ever escape. Water is available for the dogs, and seating is available under our beautiful trees in the shade for you. As the fall starts to get colder and winter is upon us, we do plan to stay open for the winter. We plan to snowblow parts of the field so that there is a path when the snow gets super deep, and we’ll try to keep the area directly beside the barn clear for you. This is our plan… we’ll see how it works out in reality. :) If you have snowshoes, it may be a good idea to bring them some days depending on how much snowfall we’ll get. There is a bench around the tree on the far hill for you to sit on if you like. There are very few distractions here so it is a great space for play and/or training. ***Charges are in USD*** ** we will be closed from January to March ** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. Just a short drive south of the city, our park offers plenty of space for your pup to run, play, and explore. With open fields, winding trails, forests, and even a pond, there’s no shortage of sights and scents to discover. You might even spot some deer or wild turkeys during your visit! We welcome all dogs, regardless of breed or size, and prioritize safety above all.

Access to pristine Gatineau river with shallow/sandy bottom. Perfect for a dip and riverfront relaxing. Explore our private land trails and natural beauty and observe nature without the distraction of the modern world. Pure and pristine water, air and land. Dogs and humans alike are free to roam the lawns and natural trails. As well free to take a dip in the river. Access to a floating inflatable dock and shallow entry points.
