The entrance is on the east side of our property, not via our house/garage. You can park on the street, or in front of the large brown gate, then open and close the gate behind you. You can also drive right into the yard, if that's easier. We have 2 dogs on the property but they will not be allowed in the reserved area. They are in a separate area that is fenced and they are not visible. NOTE: Failure to pick up after your dog, may result in a ban from using our spot. To wwwbarkbarn.ca 9800 sq ft heated to above freezing indoor play area, footing is sandbase for grip to run and play. Bring a friend or two! for a playdate however these will be private time bookings, so if you have concerns about how your dog interacts know that this time is all for you! We are an all weather! destination! Suitable for a safe space to play with pups without other dogs around. Located 10 minutes south of Leduc or 20 minutes from south common just off highway 2 easy access, we share our facility with Mystic Meadows Equine Centre, their sign is at the end of the driveway and it is the 4th driveway on the LEFT (east) side of the road when you head south. GPS will bring you to our yard. There is no signage off the main roads and highways. Our entry door is on the side at the FRONT left NW facing corner of the building. Park in front of the building by the NW corner. Do not for any reason drive in past the front of the building. There is no bathroom available please plan accordingly before your visit Due to sniffspots policy regarding bookings running a full hour we will be offering a limited number of spots and will be looking at adjusting the pricing possibly in the future to reflect the lost income or move to our own private booking system. While we prefer the 50 min spots with 10 Mins to leave the property, we prefer to allow as many access for these brutal days, Sniffspot has different rules. Speed limit in the driveway is SLOW, in case we have an escaped dog, cat or other. If your late, just be late please. Please take a few minutes to toilet your dog outside! While it is a sand base it is not meant to be used as a bathroom for the dogs. If they mark on the walls please spray the marking with the spray provided. If they pee on the sand please mess it up with your foot so there isnt one large pee spot that could freeze and damage the base for the horses. Poop must be picked up and disposed of! Kicking sand over it is not acceptable. We check the space often and we find it by smell. Those who do not pick up after their dogs go on the naughty list!. Should you find a mess left by the previous guest we appreciate a message indicating such so we can address. Any concerns please address directly with us please. Please No smoking or vaping on the property. Feel free to message prior to booking however we can't always respond immediately ! It’s approximately a 1/2 mile long from the old green shop parking area to the end of the big top pasture. The very large grass pasture at the top of the hill is edged with wild brush (and a very old 4 foot page wire fence) is all on the outside perimeter, the only open spot is the 2 front gates. But recall is good to have as I don’t completely trust fences as I’ve seen some pretty good escape artists get over much higher wooden fences. There are 2 smaller pastures at the bottom of the hill before the bush areas as well, and one side has a little bit of a pond/standing water on it. You could also see some wildlife on your walk.
