55Host was very nice and showed us the way in. Great yard! So many things to explore/sniff. Cool little pool. Super cute garden that’s fenced off so your dog can’t get to it. I will def be back!
55Felt safe and confident that Bear could run free while also getting all his energy out! Nice space for dogs to explore and also toss the ball. Tub of water was real fun, Chris was an excellent, thoughtful host!!
55Absolutely awesome spot! Will absolutely be back with my pups!
55Cool people, cool yard! Chris is so nice and his yard is very spacious with lots of smells and sounds for my senior dog. We left with a very tired and happy old man :)
55Our pups had so much fun on a hot day!
55Tess spends the first half of the visit sniffing and searching. While I take satisfaction seeing her sprint for her tennis balls , I see the sniffing feeds her dog soul. There are many layers to the yard. Lotsa chase space.
55We had the best time. Chris was a gracious host and even left seltzers for us! The backyard was lovely and our dog took full advantage of the pool! We all left happy and grateful. Thanks, Chris! We’ll be back!
55The afternoon after a night of rains the grounds were not soggy. All good. Thank you
55Second visit in a week! Our new favorite spot. Chris is so accommodating and the yard has everything my pup could ask for.
55Chris' yard is great for a dog! There are tons of little pathways for your dog to sniff / wander around, a nice aluminum pool, and tons of shady areas. Chris is very accommodating as well, and had water and everything we needed all set up for us when we arrived. There are two dogs next door through the chain link fence, and they were out when we arrived, but my dog didn't mind them.

Hello! We're happy to have you sharing our space! We have an 8 year old English Springer Spaniel and an 8 year old daughter and an 8 year old chicken and 8 year old cat! We got it out of the way all at once. We love our yard and we hope you will too!

Notice: We are closing the spot on May 23rd for maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience. Grass and rain: Please keep in mind that during moderate to heavy rains the area without mulch can get muddy. Beginning May of 2024, we will post pictures daily to our Instagram account showing the condition of the spot. As you can imagine, due to the wear and tear the spot gets, it’s difficult to keep the grass alive. However, we do our best to reseed during the spring. BarkPark sits right across the street from The Salvation Army Freedom Center. This spot is fully fenced (chain link and wood) with the side facing the sidewalk being 5ft and the rest of the fence being 6ft. There is a dual-gate entrance to the spot for a safe entry and exit. Street parking is available. There is plenty of seating at this spot with shade throughout the day. There's a rain barrel filled with water for dogs to hydrate and cool down. We have water bowls available. GIANT sandbox that's great for digging and playing; no digging elsewhere please. On hot days, we do our best to keep the sand wet. Trash can onsite. We have poop bags available in two different areas for easy access. Half of this spot is covered with grass and the other half with playground mulch. This spot is big enough to get a good fetch session in or to just let the zoomies out. We also recently added agility equipment. We hope you and your four-legged friend/s have an exceptional time during your visit and choose to come back. Lost toys and items: Due to the amount of visits we get we aren’t able to track which items belong to which guest. If you’ve lost a dog toy or other item, please reach out and we’ll do our best to retrieve it and hold it for you. If you don’t reach out, we’ll hold onto it for a week and then add it to the Lost and Found Toy Box. Water: The dog drinking water gets changed 1-2 times per week, depending on the temperature/usage. During the winter months we empty the water barrel. If your dog/s require water during the winter months, we ask that you please bring your own. Food: You’re welcomed to bring food but we ask that you please clean up as a courtesy to other guests. Future additions: We hope to add more amenities over time. Our plans are to add more sand to the sandbox in late April or early May of 2024. We’re also hoping to have on-site parking around mid summer of 2024. If you have any suggestions for amenities, we’d love to hear your feedback.
