Quality and charming outdoor space for you and your pet! This sniffspot is in a great central location, with easy access from DC, Falls Church, & Tysons Corner area. The backyard patio space is designed for both humans and pets to relax and play! We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy your time.

Bath Tub and Accessories$10

Shampoo, Brush, and Vacuum Available for additional fee to give a SPA treatment for your pet! A small pool will be left for your use. Designated wash area is at the front yard of house in driveway!

Please help us take care of this space so you and others may continue to enjoy!! -Please pick up after your dog. Doggie bags will be available if you do not have. -A dedicated garbage can will be available for disposal of waste. - Pets are not allowed on furniture cushion. -Please place cover back the outdoor furniture before leaving. -No trash shall be left on property. -Please throw away all trash and recycling utilizing the black or blue trash bins by the driveway. -Please make sure all gates are closed during your stay and after departure to ensure the safety of you and your dog. Thank You!!

Your Precious Gem will Love their Playtime in our Royal Park❣️ Your Pup(s) will truly love & enjoy the enclosed Spacious Clean grounds! Cable wire with hooks has been placed at the gate to secure it in place, so it will not swing open! Chairs, Doggie & Human snacks, waste scooper with trash bags have been added! Hope to see you soon!!😊 Notes: Please park to the right of the garage and dispose of any waste in the Trash Bin outside of garage/gate. The gate normally stays open but you are welcome to close it(there’s a cable wire to easily keep it shut so it doesnt swing open). Please leave open upon departure. Welcome to any feedback! 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
