Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, and free Wi-Fi, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog). Off-street parking is available, along with a private entry so you can come and go as necessary. **NO MORE THAN 3 HUMANS MAY ATTEND RESERVATION**

We live in the country and have a fully-fenced in 1 acre property! We have plenty of trees, and covered seating under the tree or under the covered patio! We also have a box fan for dog owners to utilize during the hot days, along with sunscreen and bug spray. We have had our property sprayed for pests with safe (kid & pet friendly) products. There is also an outdoor dog toy basket, as well as you can use our water hose to fill up the dog bowls outside or use to play with your dog in the water- we just ask that you don’t leave the water running! ‼️Also- please note the trampoline and pool is for owner use only.. due to the risk of injury. Thank you for your understanding. Please also note- the detached garage and shed are off limits! ‼️ There are steps that lead you down the bottom half of the property where our dogs usually run wild! (They will be in the house while your dog is here) You can park next to our large oak tree in front of the large gate- the gate is unlocked- but it is heavy, currently working on making that easier for our guests! If I am home I am happy to assist you in opening the gate. 🥰

Togo and Mei have you all set for a fun day in the sun with their private pool. Relax in our lounge chairs while your pup splashes to their hearts content. For pups who may be fearful of the pool we have a small kiddie pool available and a hose. This is a great yard for you and you dog(s). I have 2.5 beautiful acres. Grass is always trimmed and well taken care of. Fence is secured and tall. No other dogs, animals, or people causing distractions. I am learning to become a dog trainer through a local rescue and would love to help out if you need it :) Please note, you are more than welcome to use my patio to sit and enjoy shade under an umbrella. My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.

Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact.
