We are located in Richardson, 20 mins from Downtown Dallas and 5 miles from UT-Dallas. Plenty of easy street parking is always available right in front, steps from the gate. Enjoy this fully fenced spot with pup toys, agility equipment, digging areas, and amenities for both pups and humans. Pool (with stair steps to enter!) with a big sun shade. Togo and Mei have you all set for a fun day in the sun with their private pool. Relax in our lounge chairs while your pup splashes to their hearts content. For pups who may be fearful of the pool we have a small kiddie pool available and a hose. Our property has 5 acres, an open field, a shady porch, a small forest, and a pond. Our dogs love to run around our field in the back and take a swim in our pond on those hot days. There is a porch with a bench and hammock by the pond to relax.

**Spot fee includes pool access for dog(s) and 1 HUMAN ONLY. If more than 1 human intends to access the pool, there is an additional charge. POOL ACCESS LIMITED TO 2 HOURS MAX. Children under 18 are always prohibited. Please see 'Extras' for more details.** This is a seasonal spot available from April - October. Spot is closed November - March. Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, and free Wi-Fi, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog). Off-street parking is available, along with a private entry so you can come and go as necessary. **NO MORE THAN 3 HUMANS MAY ATTEND RESERVATION**

This is a great yard for you and you dog(s). I have 2.5 beautiful acres. Grass is always trimmed and well taken care of. Fence is secured and tall. No other dogs, animals, or people causing distractions. I am learning to become a dog trainer through a local rescue and would love to help out if you need it :) Please note, you are more than welcome to use my patio to sit and enjoy shade under an umbrella. My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.

Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact.
