Description

A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please discourage your pups from going into taped off areas as these may be covered with straw and seeded for clover and grass. Agility equipment portrayed in pictures are not available during the winter months where snow, ice, and freezing weather affect both the agility equipment and safety of your pup.

1. Please do not encourage excessive barking. We are in a residential area. 2. Sniffspot prices are for your personal use only. Resellers must contact us before setting up a reservation for large groups or training use. 3. Please do not move or alter the agility equipment and remember that agility equipment is for dogs only; please do not stand or otherwise use the agility equipment yourself. 4. Please notify us if you lose or damage any toys or equipment so we can discuss repair/replacement. 5. Please make alternative parking arrangements if there are more than 5 vehicles involved.

Come and enjoy our own private 3plus acres of wooded with some open space and trails. Fully fenced in and secure. So much space for your fur babies to run and explore. No need to stress with other dogs that may be reactive. Or maybe your pup doesn’t play well with others and prefers their own space. Our private dog park is for you. This space is amazing. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field.
