Hello! Thanks for looking at our family’s home. I do overnight doggie sitting and every client always says wow you’ve got a great yard! So i figured people may like to use it for their pups to play hourly. I will keep my 3 small doggies and others I may be sitting inside while you are visiting :) There is partial shade, chairs, swing set and trampoline. I can fill the small kiddie pool if you let me know ahead of time. Entry is at the driveway. Hope to host you and your pup(s) soon! - Brittanie

Welcome to 🐾 Ward Bungalow - fully fenced backyard, a private pup park that allows for running and stretching legs of all sizes! • Grass space for pups and outdoor couch seating, lounge chairs, and table seating are available for people. Evening lighting for playtime at dusk. Umbrellas for shade over the couch, and loungers in the gravel section of the yard—shade is very much based on the time of day and where the sun is. Pup tent available for extra yard shade for pups - you’ll see it near the water stations. All yours if preferred! Available and stocked for pups: plenty of balls and toys, dog water bowls, and water station Other essentials: hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, flashlight, umbrella, paper towels, disposal bags, and trash can • We are noticing a few divots in the grass and more prominent yellow spots in the grass coloring, a bit more mud-like areas as we get more visitors - wear and tear on the lawn … please know we take pride in maintaining the space and keeping it clean for everyone! • Mondays early morning & evening and Tuesday through Sunday: front gate entrance Mondays 11:30am-4:30pm: back gate entrance (front neighborhood street sweeping)

There are toys and treats for your dog(s), and chairs for the humans. We also provide a large stainless steel bowl for water. **NOTE: We often have back to back bookings, and as such we might not have a chance to clean and refill the water bowl. Please refill using hose or water provided as necessary. Thank you!!!** We have a 100 foot hose with different sprinkler attachments that you may use as your dog(s) please. We take great care of our yard and pool and want you and your pups to enjoy yourselves while respecting our property. 2 dog maximum. (As of 6/6/24 there is some construction on the house and one side of the yard but our sniffspot will still be available)
