Welcome to our funny farm. We have a basset hound Mater, 2 cats ( Bert and Ernie) 4 Ducks ( sky,Patches,Percy ,chewy). Ducks are always floating and talking in the pond nestled on our shy of 10 acres. We have an area that we had made into a softball field that we have designated to running free.
Beautiful secluded 40 acre piece of vacant forested land, with a creek that winds thru the length of the property. There is a well maintained gravel hiking road the stretches the length of the property and is approx a 3/4 of a mile long and crosses the Creek. There are Hiking trails run along both sides of the gravel road, with several additional hiking trails that cross and run along the creek and meander thru the woods.
Just opened! Gate to enter on Bull Mountain Rd, on the northwest side of the property. We have a fun cattle gate that slides open. Duck your head and walk on up a wooden boardwalk to the backside of our yard. The fenced in area includes all of the backyard up to the landscaped area next to the house. Feel free to roam and run across the back section. This is stick-topia. A stick for every pup that wants one. Feel free to take one home with you We will compost the dog waste, please just scoop up the poo with the provided shovel and add to the bucket. We will take it from there. There's a swing for humans, please enjoy. I am working on building a nice little shelter, but for now enjoy the cover the beautiful Douglas fir trees provide.
Come enjoy the outdoors with beautiful views, open areas, forest trails, graveled roads, and a creek. You will park at our xmas tree parking lot where you will start your adventure. There are 2 miles of graveled roads and 6 miles of trails to hike, along with a creek that runs thru the property. You will have cell phone service at the Christmas tree lot area where you will park, but limited cell phone service if you decide to hike around. There are seats at the xmas tree lot, along with water and a garbage can 🐶. After years of apartment renting our dogs finally got to experience the joy of a private backyard when we moved into this home! Now your dogs can have that chance too!! Our backyard is fully fenced and relatively private with trees boarding the property! Parking and access is easy on this corner lot - just park on the side road, use the gate, and enjoy!
Entrance to ten acres of running and playing space for you and your pups plus wetlands exploration! Bring your own chair and doggy dish and let them run around. You can walk straight to wetland that touches the hidden river, as seen in the distance of the photos. It is clear and walkable, for the most part! Please keep your pups clear of the furthest right side of the field to respect the property owners in the turquoise house/red barn and tiny homes. Enjoy!
fenced pasture infront of home . Gravel driveway. Water provided for dogs. ( if water has ran out , there is a water facuet/ hose on each side of the house next to the white barrel, Tree swing . 2 chairs . Trampoline, climbing done , and other kid activities in front lawn if kids want to use ( not fenced in ) . Located off stafford rd in tualatin . Next door neighbor Has horses, which are not directly alongside the fence, but nice to view them . Across the street , Front neighbor has cows . ATTN:The metal gates have a gap between them and underneath the metal gates . Shouldn’t be a problem for larger dogs or dogs who are focused on their toys, or non escape artists. please clean up after all dogs to maintain the space clean at all times . :)
Indoor Arena with electricity and great views. This is our additional fully enclosed sniffspot. We also rent Sauvie Island 40 Acres
This is a working sheep farm. You may see rams in the adjacent pasture. The L shaped field is about 2.5 acres of open ground. A second field is now open, adding 3.5 acres of short grass. Feel free to park directly in front of the gate for ease of loading in and out. You may see me or my farm hand at work. If you need a no visual/no contact visit, please let me know in advance.
Small family farm, located on a safe, quiet road. The well-maintained Indoor sand arena of our horse barn makes for the perfect all weather dog park! *farm animals are not in view while inside the arena. Scenic, peaceful location. Separate SniffSpot guest entrance to indoor arena. Arena is very large and secure; great for training! ***Excessive barkers may be asked to leave.
