Description

15 acre L shaped partially wooded lot. Includes a small trail, woods, creek, and 1 acre pond with floating dock. Private property without other dogs. I have 2 outside cats. Paved driveway acess off the road. Located 5 minutes from downtown Germantown.

Fenced in 1 acre, cross the bridge and enter through horse gate and latch the gate with the chain . There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is.

I walk my dogs daily. It’s great to walk without a leach. They can run and walk at their own pace. I love it. Has great views. The pond is pretty cool too. I let you have the yard to yourself when you are there. See if you can find the carving in one of the trees. 😎 The pool is off limits
