We offer 2 SniffSpots in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, fenced or unfenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. SniffSpot 1 is an unfenced, mowed, 1/2 acre, open field, with shaded seating and scenic views. SniffSpot 2 is a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. Garbage cans, Dog drinking water, hose/spigot, and refreshments are available. I walk my dogs daily. It’s great to walk without a leach. They can run and walk at their own pace. I love it. Has great views. I let you have the yard to yourself when you are there. See if you can find the carving in one of the trees. 😎

We have a fully fenced in backyard that is off the road at the end of our driveway. We have multiple gate entry points, but the point of entry for the spot is straight back behind the driveway on the left of the red shed. The gate can lock and the yard goes downhill so there are little distractions to dogs who might be a little curious. The fence is lined with chicken wire and our dogs (we have 4) are kept inside during bookings!

Fenced in backyard with serene field/wooded view. Multiple swings, chairs, and table available. Large trees to provide shade, even when the sun is at its highest. Children’s playthings available as well. Spacious driveway for parking. Easily enter through gate to the right of the driveway and enjoy your play time!

Let your dog run free without any worries! Dog kiddie pool and agility set available along with plenty of toys and chuck its! Agility is not always set up, but is easy to stake and readily available

Come visit our very secluded park! We live in an extremely quiet neighborhood with a 6 foot privacy fence. Reactive dogs, like our own, can run free and their owners can find peace of mind knowing there are no hazards to their dog's safety.

We have 2.5 acres. We have 9 rescue dogs who require no fence because the woods and creek enclose our property. The creek has a perfect place for the dogs to swim. Our dogs are all indoor dogs so if someone is booked they will be safely inside.
