Our main "Pond SniffSpot" is CURRENTLY OPEN and available most of the year. It's a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. See photo captions. Our "Alternate SniffSpot" is CURRENTLY CLOSED, and only made available when our "Pond SniffSpot" is closed. It's a fully fenced 1 acre pasture. It's very private, and generally more "woody" than the Pond Sniffspot, containing trees, fields, and mowed trails (but no pond). See photo captions. 8 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Huber Heights, Ohio Welcome to our puppy play land! We have 8 acres, including a pond, creek, trails and woods you and your dog can play in. We welcome you and your pup to come play and run free. Your pup can swim in the pond, or play in the creek, or just run the trails past the creek. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the barn, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property, just for your information.

Fenced in 1 acre, cross the bridge and enter through horse gate and latch the gate with the chain . There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is.

There’s a swingset, and a trampoline If you’re having kids tagalong. We do have dogs that are friendly to play if that something you’re interested in, however, very very reactive dog friendly. The pool is fully fenced in and not accessible 🫶🏻 You’re welcome to use the fencing area or just have your pup run the entire property.

Gus' Garden is a spacious yard with around 3,600 square feet of green grass and flowers. Feel free to use the seating provided as your pup sniffs and plays. Plenty of shade and sun for your pup to run! Just make sure you dispose of any waste your pet may produce and close the gate all the way when you leave!

Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! Your dogs are welcome to get in any of the current ponds during construction 🦺

I apologize for all of the blocks in October, lots of work trips! The spot is clean and mowed! It is fairly flat and open, other than a little tree and fire pit! There will be a basket of toys for your little ones. I will provide poop bags, trash, water and a water bowl as well! Spot will be unavailable on Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to working schedules. Because of the changing weather the sprinklers are put away for the season!

I am currently new to this site and very excited to know that I can actually enjoy my property a lot more knowing that there could be other people here and a long with their fur babies...I have 12 dogs on the property right now because I have a litter of pups. But we all get along and we are always on our best behavior. They love attention as much as they can get. It's usually pretty quiet back here and it's real nice by the creek even with all the talk grass growing. Your welcome to come and check it out. As soon as you get a second away from ur destination we are the very first house on the left the property goes on back. I would be happy to guide you and show you around.
